Who We Are

We are a state of the art dental surgery center dedicated to providing dental treatment under general anesthesia for children and special needs patients of all ages in hospital-grade operating rooms

Our Vision

To be the leader in safety and quality for dental treatments for children and special needs patients of all ages.

Join our team!

The Dental Surgery Center of DC is now hiring! We are looking for team members who strive to make each patient feel safe and cared for throughout their visit.

Our Values

Our core values serve as a constant reminder of what we strive to emulate as a company, and as individuals, on a daily basis.

Extreme Ownership

Instead of trying to blame another person or an external force, we take responsibility. Recognize that our behavior matters. Every decision that we make and every habit we have dictates our destiny. Success comes from our habits, and we have the power to choose our habits.

Service Oriented

We value high-quality customer service because it’s the right thing to do. We respond quickly and with compassion. Sometimes our patients or partners may not show appreciation for this, but we follow the golden rule and treat others the way that we’d want to be treated if we were in their shoes, regardless of how they react or treat us

Continuous Learning

We learn something new every day—none of us knows everything, but together we can learn more and develop our skills and talents. We as an organization want to see each member of the organization succeed. If we have goals to move beyond our current role, we see that learning is the key to opening those doors. We love learning, and so there’s no limit to what we can accomplish.

Team Player

We work for the benefit of the team instead of just for ourselves. If a team member falls short, we help lift them up rather than letting the ball drop or blaming someone else. That means taking responsibility, sacrificing for the greater good, and sharing credit with others.

Radical Transparency

Our organization prizes radical transparency as a means of solving problems as soon as possible. If treatments are down, if someone makes a mistake, if there’s a system broken, everyone on the team needs to know as soon as possible to pre-solve and resolve issues. It doesn’t matter what our title is—each of us has valuable insights.

Non-stop

When we’re on the clock, we work hard. When we’re done, we take time off. We focus on getting our work done and completing all our tasks during the day.
